Also don't overdo the magnet belt you purchased. It is very very strong. Don't move it near the neck or heart. I would not use it all day long... but only an hour or two daily.

I thought that the pain was under control only when the belt was on and I have been wearing it 12 hours a day...

Alkaline water - at least at the high level I started - is a bad idea for PN sufferers. I am back to normal bottled water now to see if I can get rid of the PN symptoms that have appeared in arms and hands since taking the alkaline water...
I am now concerned that high alkalinity might boost auto-immune response and attack the fatty myelin sheath of the nerves...
