I found that the magnets eventually change the firing of the nerves.

I believe much chronic pain is nerve firing from an old stimulus.
Once you retrain the nerves, it can stop. Yours appears to be partly from injury/impingement.

That belt you bought is the strongest I have ever seen. So because of that, I think you should go slowly with it.
Higher up on the body...it might disrupt autonomic functions.
So treat that belt with respect, because there are not many references about such strong interventions.

Any extremes in pH...acid or alkaline can cause paresthesias.
Hyperventilate and you will see...for example.
