I have a friend with MS and she has a cooling vest she wears when she is outdoors in the heat. She has young boys in sports and needed it to keep from overheating. I think she told me her Dr. told her about them. It might be worth checking into. I also agree with Joan Marie about drinking ice water and having cold neck wraps.
