I have always found that there is a great deal of discrimination in the work place. The bullies always 'win'. Unless you can get a letter from your Dr and then proof that the management are violating the Dr's instructions - you will find yourself in a losing situation.

Until I read this topic I never realised that I was like this when working and how it re to my health. I was always wanting 'air' and the others wanting warmth and stuffiness. The management ended up stepping in and not allowing anyone to alter the temperature settings - even though they worked in an office and did not have to work in that area.

Sorry - but 'teacher's pets' always win in the work place.

Can you start to think of another job or a profitable work from home hobby ? The stress from this situation is not going to help you at all !
