I used the elliptical for 35 minutes and it felt good.

I had the patio door open for fresh air. Rocky kept climbing the screen, going after a bug. I really need to replace the screen mesh, it's been about 18 years and Rocky's doing a number on it. I hope I can get some heavy duty material, since he has ferociously large claws.
