Yeah but sometimes "teacher's pets" hate being that or being called that!!! Having been one in grade school, it made me extremely uncomfortable. In fact, I hated it.

Ditto on what Sue said. It's almost impossible to change the dynamics of a work place. There must be a way to keep you cool and the others "hot." I've been in some rough workplace environments too.

If you have any kind of disability, however, even if you aren't "on" disability, it is illegal for them to discriminate against you. Being hot makes MG worse. They are basically endangering your life by not getting you a cool enough area to work in.

I wish there was some way you could get a better job/work environment. Jobs are tough to come by all over.
