Once you retrain the nerves, it can stop. Yours appears to be partly from injury/impingement.

That belt you bought is the strongest I have ever seen. So because of that, I think you should go slowly with it.
Higher up on the body...it might disrupt autonomic functions.
So treat that belt with respect, because there are not many references about such strong interventions.

Any extremes in pH...acid or alkaline can cause paresthesias.
Hyperventilate and you will see...for example.
I found out one of the problems: about a year ago, I switched from Sodium salt to Potassium salt and when I started using the Alkaline water, I drank less than I used to with normal water...

Without realizing I was becoming dehydrated and short on Sodium electrolytes: I started yesterday on the 'water cure' that consists of drinking about 100 ounces of water a day with a little salt added to each glass...

I am now feeling better and the PN symptoms on forearms and hands that had appeared now seem to be receding...

My feet are definitely feeling better and some areas of numbness are regaining some sensitivity...

Can't wait to start on the supplements and I have now added Primrose Oil to the list:

- Natural Factors, Coenzyme Q10, 100 mg, 60 Softgels
- Carlson Labs, Super Omega-3 Gems Fish Oil, 100 + 30 Free Soft Gels
- Country Life, P-5-P (Pyridoxal 5' Phosphate), 50 mg, 100 Tablets
- Jarrow Formulas, Methyl B-12, 5000 mcg, 60 Lozenges
- Now Foods, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, 3 oz (85 g)
- Life Extension, Mega Benfotiamine, 250 mg, 120 Veggie Caps
- Doctor's Best, Best Stabilized R-Lipoic Acid Na-RALA, 100 mg, 60 Veggie Caps
