We've had many post over the years on the Rebuilder.
It is questionable. Some like it, some find it useless.
If you search "rebuilder" here you'll see several opinions.
If the magnets work, I'd stick with them for a while.
The rebuilder is just a TENS unit and you stick your feet in epsom salts (magnesium).
