I just wanted to add this, since NeuroTalk was so helpful to me and maybe this can help someone else some time in the future...

I went to my rheumo for a recheck as I take Reclast for bone density, and she has ON too and said the dizziness isn't part of it. She gets occipital blocks every 6 months and it works for her. She said her ON is due to stress. Anyway, so if the dizziness and nausea that goes along with it isn't ON related what the heck is it?

I am going back to the Neck and Back specialist November 16th so I'll ask. I sure wish I didn't have to pay a copay every darn time I want to ask a question. Grr. I still haven't even met the actual doctor, just seen the PA though she's very nice and seems knowledgeable.

I didn't do the PT because I never got a call back to schedule it and I didn't do that myself. PT has never worked much for me in the past and I've had more than a couple of setbacks due to PT so I'm not much of a fan.

The massage has been working great and this Sunday I was able to skip it and go back to every other week! I still have problems with it and my arm pain is coming back in the right and bothering me more in my left. That's partly over use with the 30+ years in a manual chair and nerve issues too.

I am feeling very overwhelmed with my weight right now and know I need to get it down but have no energy and too much discomfort to exercise. Ugg.
