Are you in US? In the US you could consult an environmentally trained physician to have a good lab test your hair.
This would show if you are excreting arsenic, and if your hair is long, would give a timeline of the poisoning and excretion.
Not all labs are good qualified labs however.
I have read forensic cases, where victims were poisoned by arsenic by another person, and in those cases PN was the result. However, the recovery is not so much covered in those, as the process of bringing the criminal to justice.
