Sounds like a pinched nerve or stenosis of the spine but I am not a doctor.

I'm sure they can figure it out. It does NOT sound like MG.

Those can also be signs of a HEART condition. Has anyone checked you out for cardiac issues? Do you have any other symptoms with the pain like sweating?

I hope they can figure out what is going on so you can have some relief.
