Default cryoglobulenemia/vasculitis

Anyone else out there having this condition? Secondary complication to HCV infection, causing potential life threatening vasculitis in multiple organs and extremities. Currently showing kidney damage, progressive. Treatment with experimental Rituxamab. Series of infusions in 2004 helped. Facing decision to repeat due to return of symptoms. Rare disorder, very difficult to find experienced help anywhere. Seeking input, suggestions, related information.
