it was the very first thing you said. guess i've been really distractible... i read your post and mostly got that the music was really bothering you and about it being continuous... missed the main point... that it was causing seizures!

so yeah, like Sue says i would tell them that. i wasn't trying to minimize things when i suggested saying you couldn't rest - i didn't read your post properly! i'm sorry about that.

and i'm sorry this is happening. i really hope they cooperate. yes you can get legal support but i hope they are nice about it so you don't have to have the extra hassle on top of it.
