Thank you so much!
I have been doing my own Thanksgiving dinners for many years and I don't feel the GF diet will bother us at all. For the past few years I have made sure to have as much organically grown and range free items, and now we will also have gluten free too. I am pretty much gluten free as well. DH not so much. But we never feel as if we are left out at all. We are so much involved in healthier foods in their as natural state as possible. There are so many products now. Of which I am so thankfull!

I am copying your list - I love # 2 and # 3. She will probably just bring some things of her own to be sure.
