It's every weekend. And they are all young red blooded Aussies who see the weekend as the reason for drinking and having BBQ's. Rest? Whats that?

Ooooh when they get to my age they are going to be so sorry they didn't look after themselves...But they'll be obese, drinkers eating too much and yarning about the "Good old days"....no they won't be exercising and taking their blood sugars, that interferes with the weekend plans!
