Thanks FMichael for your posting. It was very interesting. My chiropractor is a huge believer in visualizations, meditation, and breathing properly. I have used visualization alot and it does help to some degree if you can keep your mind focused. I saw a really neat story about a month ago on vets losing their limbs in the Middle East. They showed a man with an amputation from the knee down on his right leg. They took a regular mirror about two feet tall and three feet long and sat it up to view his left leg. He stared at the mirror and it made his mind realize and look like he had a foot there. It was pretty neat and advanced. The man had less pain the more he did this therapy. I know when I walk I will watch my right foot (bad one) so that my brain knows what it is supposed to do and walk like. It is a field where not much has been done but I think we are in for some real neat stuff in the coming years. Thanks for sharing the story with us.
