I don't know if any of this will apply for you but some things I found out while searching about RSI & then TOS. {repetitive strain injury & thoracic outlet syndrome}

I mention them because the neck, shoulder, arms , hands, are involved.

TOS sometimes can be missed as it's not well known, or even caused by positions during certain surgeries.

Did you have an accident or injury to C3/4 area?
