Thanks, Joan. I will switch to the powders, when my horse sized tablets are gone. The heartburn is not 24/7...and is better when I take them earlier in the day, with more water than usual.

So far I am liking this intervention. My hands and feet are not so cold anymore. And the burning in my muscles has gone away.
I am still guarded about high dose arginine tho, because of its connection to viral replication. So people with dormant viruses may have problems with it.

I think the citrulline is what helps the muscles. It is supposed to remove ammonia which may build up in the muscles over time.
