I think the citrulline is what helps the muscles. It is supposed to remove ammonia which may build up in the muscles over time.
Thanks for the advice MrsD, I also have burning in my muscles and you think the l citrulline has helped. how long did you take it to get this effect? I have been reading about how a form of small vessel vasculitis appears with levaquin poisoning. Do you know of any supplements that help that, I was thinking about opening a new thread to ask that. Thanks.
