go to the appropriate court clerk's office......
and tell them yolur ex is violating their order. He will be sissued an order to appear. MAy SURE you know when this court date is and be there! He will be ordered to pay up or go to jail.
States vary in this procedure, so you best go to your nearest legal aid and get advice.
