I think it's hard to determine what is good for your body when you add so many things at once. It's better to add them one at a time at least 2 weeks apart. It takes at least two weeks to see any benefit, if there is going to be any.

I'm really careful about supplements. I only take ones from certain companies that produce high quality supplements. There may be something in them that is causing your stomach upset.

Do you have any other known food intolerances? I'm ok with coconut but others are not.

BTW, what were you diagnosed with? Celiac disease? Keep in mind that you may have other things going on, like leaky gut syndrome, where you develop other food intolerances because of the damage to your intestines. It's important to identify what is irritating your gut and eliminate those things until your gut heals. Try adding one thing at a time and keeping a journal to track your reactions.
