Hi,
Today some one was nice to me on the phone!
It was a complicated cable bill made more complicated by a few jerks I have tried to deal over the past two week.
This morning I tried again and got someone to help me.
After she handled the situation, I called her supervisor and left a message with my phone number saying how the costumer service rep was so nice and helpful and wonderful.
So one good thing happened today so far.
