I don't know if many of you have tried or have a TENS or other type of Electrical stimulation device, here are some pad placement guides if you would like to give it a try.
I just have a cheap EMS {elec muscle stim - no rx needed to buy this kind online}
Mine really seems to help with the muscle soreness ... just don't turn it up too high.. that will make the muscle tighten up too much.
Just a light vibration/massage feeling is what to aim for.
Mine does have a touchy dial
- I suggest a digital for better control over setting/intensity.
I got mine from this site , but you can find them anywhere to compare cost & info.

If you haven't tried out those new massage recliners with full body massage & heat ...ohh baby... they are nice.. touch pad controls..
some of them scan your back to adjust to your specific body size..
someday... been checking on craigslist for local deals on those.
