My MRI was about a hour long. Longer than I expected.

I wonder if you have a condition called iron overload, where iron is deposited in the tissues. Iron would react with the magnetism of the MRI...tattoos do this, when the inks have iron in them.

Iron overload is called hemochromatosis. It has to be tested for by a doctor with blood tests. This is a genetic disease.
