Grin Funny story about sensitivity to touch.....

One of the benefits with RSD, as you all know, is how the most gentlest of breezes can literally send shivers up our spines. Because of this sensitivity I get inundated with attacks of goosebumps that drive me batty. I'd been noticing they were particularly horrible at night and I couldn't figure out why. Then, one night I did. Because of issues with my neck, I sleep with my head nooked downward, and realized my terror with the non-stop goosebumps was caused by the gentle breath coming out of my nostrils and hitting the skin on my chest!! How terrible to be so sensitive to your own breath!!! Needless to say, I worked on changing my head positioning and have been suffering less episodes of goosebumps since.
