I have, but I have more of a milder version of RSI/TOS, with some minor C & T - and now L spine getting into the mix...

Muscular discomfort and general tightness in the upper back, neck, armpits & arms are my main problems and in colder weather it's more pronounced than during warm weather. My ulnar nerves were only affected for a short time during my worst symptoms, I think it was due to adhesions /sticky tissues. I still lose my pulse in my arms when i hold them up/out for more than a minute or 2, but not a main problem for me.

Been going to my chiro since mid 04, once a month or sometimes less than that. It took about 2 + months to resolve the major spasms I was having when I started going to him. Then I was still having some limits on arm use and found out my top ribs had gotten pulled up and stuck from the spasms , that was found & fixed by a advanced PT teacher.
So I told chiro about it and he checks for that during visits, they only popped back up a few times right after that and he fixed it , now they stay down and I haven't had the severe spasms again since then either.

I suggest talking with & interviewing many before giving any a test drive ..
An evaluation appt is a good way for them to give you a quick check over - not tx- and for you to ask questions, to see if they seem OK and if you feel like you can trust them to do good work.

If you can find one that has knowledge, expertise & does more than only adjustments you should be in good shape.

Mine does some trigger point/ deep massage/stretch when needed, uses low level laser, ultrasound, IF stim... really covers all the problem areas and I don't need a MD to rx it like for PT.

I really wouldn't go to any beginners, stick with the expert , skilled & knowledgeable ones.
