My DH has been in the hospital for awhile now (double by-pass) and his heart can't remember how to behave so he has been there five days longer than normal.

He keeps going into atrial fib where his heart will actually stop and then start beating really fast.

He has such a positive attitude and the nurses all tell me what a nice guy he is and how they enjoy caring for him.

One nurse told me he is so upbeat and happy he helps us all stay postitive.

I will go visit him thinking "what if" and then I see him sitting there smiling or joking with nurses or housekeeping and I can't help but smile and be happy too.
