This is circumstantial, you really need to ask your doctor these questions as we can't assess your case. You said your biopsy was normal so there shouldn't be much of a problem with your peripheral nerves, you need to start looking in the spine. You need to have an SSEP test on your legs and arms, it tests the amount of time it takes for a signal to get from the fingers to the brain. Try an MRI of the rest of the spine as well.
