Default What to do? SEE and FIND a top notch ....

Physcial therapist....one who deals with motion issues as well as fitness issues. Sports therapy has come a very long way in the last 5-10 years! From gait analysis to postural motions...Interesting stuff really.
Of course, like finding doctors? Finding good physical therapists can be equally as hard, but well worth it!
IF it is a back issue? This tho an old book is a keeper!
http://www.amazon.com/Oh-My-Aching-B...0925316&sr=1-2
It IS a period piece in ways about some treatments? But at the same time, the exercises are non-stressful and build up all the right muscle groups...most of which you can do lying down on your bed. I've gotten copies of this book for at least five people and all have run it past their docs for approval. All stated that the exercises are productive and unlikely to do more damage.
I con't have back pain because of this book, and I should! Also? It's kind of a pre-cursor to 'pilates' w/o the hype. Cheap, easier than lots of other alternatives.
BTW? It does have an excellent explanation of how the back works, and how it can go wrong and where. - Hope it helps - j
