Filipe, how old are you and what do you do for a living? Do you mind telling us? Do you have a job that reinjures your shoulder?
Are you over 40, when some aging may be present to slow your recovery?
There is no evidence from you at this time that you need to regenerate nerves. Until you have a test showing loss, it is all speculation on your part, and the answers here will reflect that speculation.
Nerves signal pain... that is their job. It is possible, your injury is just that...pain signals. You may be feeling pain, because you have damaged some tendons, or have muscle strains, both of which take time to heal.
With no evidence of diabetes, or toxins, or other metabolic problems, viral infection, your nerves may not need to regenerate. Your triggers were physical...you did not just wake up one day in pain for no reason. So it is logical you have some injury that is sending pain signals as part of its presence.
