hello, i would appreciate any help from people with neuro pain. i was diagnosed 20 years ago with churg straus vasculitis. i was becoming badly paralysed,arms hands, legs trunk. with treatment i remained paralysed in the hands. my problem is that since then i have had severe pain especially at night which is burning and electrical but doctors say no must be chronic fatigue am i nuts?
