Any drugstore can order it for you if they don't have it.
Oragel is a very small tube... not much in there. You can use it in a pinch...but it is basically just a real pinch of stuff.

The Americaine is a large tube designed for your fanny pain. It also comes with an applicator if needed.

There are glands up "there" and if your pain continues, or if you get a fever, you must see a doctor ASAP... infections can come up fast in that area and catch you off guard. Antibiotics would be used in that case.
