Dear Waves,
We have another appt. for Monday. She will do relaxation / hypnosis then.

Today she told me to sleep / nap -- whatever I need (sometimes I won't sleep when I get like this but I will nap, so she said nap).

I am going to do that. Hubby is gone for the evening with two buddies to watch movies.
