every year is a weekend called Yanks Weekend.........in mememory of the film Yanks with Richard Geer which was film in parts of this village........

a weekend of wartime memorabilla and crazy dance nights.. [war re-enactment and Spitfire/lancaster bomber flypast on the sunday]

next year we are hiring costumes.
