I'm glad it sounds like you didn't do yourself any new damage.
I got nerve damage along with my TBI, too, so I know all about the tingles (scalp, ears, hands, feet,etc...). Do you get burning, pulsing and shock sensations, too? Fun, fun, fun!
Anyway, I find, generally, that my tbi headache seems to hang around my temples and eyes, while the neuro damage one likes the back and front/top of my head. The only "treatment" I've been offered is immobilization to decrease symptoms. All attempts to surgically repair the sort of spinal damage I suffered, have put the patients in wheelchairs.
