Cranial Sacral Therapy is a controversial therapy for head injuries. It has been reported to help a good number of people but these reports are all anecdotal and no solid research has been done to test is effectiveness. That doesn't mean it won't work for you but just be aware of this going into the therapy.

Another treatment that does have solid research backing it for its effectiveness in treating head injuries is neurofeedback.
