I felt heat, but only when the contrast is inserted.

You did a nerve biopsy? A skin biopsy? What EXACTLY has your doctor told you? What has he said he THINKS is wrong?

If you injured your nerve (ulnar, most likely) It would have shown up in the EMG, any nerves you most likely would've injured would have been large nerves, which show up on an EMG.

I think you injured a muscle or tendon, you may have irritated a nerve, which can come and go, like you said your pains are intermittent.

As for your eyes burning, maybe they're dry? Sensory nerves on the eye, I'm not aware of.
