Almond Roka
Blend:
1 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Stir in:
1 cup sifted flour
1 teaspoon salt
Spread on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Sprinkle one to two pkg. of chocolate chips over crust and let stand 15 minutes.
Then spread with back of spoon.
Cut immediately.
Then sprinkle 1/3 cup chopped almonds.
Put in refrigerator until hardened.
