My deep bone pain feels 'bruised' as if it had something dropped on,
or been stepped on, but not broken. Almost, but not quite.
Today I feel it just below the knees on the front of my legs
(upper-shins?) and I'm walking very gingerly.
This winter, snowy, weather also makes my soles burn,
and my toe bones ache, too.
