The hypnosis didn't really happen. I didn't get very relaxed. I got upset and I stopped it.
She said that we last did hypnosis a while a go. Maybe I'll practice at home. She says that 5 minutes at a time is good.

A few minutes ago I got a call from the mdoc's office.
The person on the phone said that labs came back from a week ago: my hormones are off and I need to see an endocrinologist.
Today I have to go to the lab for my blood work for the mdoc. I don't remember for what, but I'll see it on the form.

I feel like dung most of the time. Maybe the hormones will explain something.
