Exclamation hypnosis and hormones

Dear Mari,

that is cool that you can practice (self-?)hypnosis at home... or maybe you just meant relaxation techniques needed to prep for hypnosis.

I feel like dung most of the time. Maybe the hormones will explain something.
Oh definitely the hormones could explain a lot. Actually hypothyroidism can look just like bipolar... with a lot of depression and fatigue but also one might not imagine - it can trigger mood oscillation too. Tests for thyroid abnormalities are essential in the differential dx before issuing a dx of Bipolar.

I am not saying you are not bipolar - that may be a priori. Just rambled on a bit there. Trying to say that thyroid problems do produce major major mood symptoms.

I hope whatever is going on is readily treatable and that you will be feeling much much better soon, Mari. You don't deserve to feel like dung... ANY of the time.
