There is nothing in that article that says sensory effects were permanent or existed outside of the magnetic field.

Many people experience anxiety in MRI tubes. They are told not to move, and hence stiffen their muscles. They are bound to feel strange in some ways coming out. When my MRI was done it was at the maximum of the pain I had in my right knee. I noticed more pain that day only, and it faded within a week. And I thought I WAS UNUSUAL....

You are determined in this, and I suspect you have "something" to PROVE to someone? You will be looking on the net for a long time to come at this rate.
