It sounds like you may need to intervene your healing with some therapy. Have you considered doing any of the therapies that have been suggested on here? You may also want to consult with Dr. Diane Stoler. Her story story may be of interest to you because after her car accident everyone expected her to never be able to talk, walk, think, plan, etc... and she is now a published author with a pretty successful neurotherapy practice.
