I take grapes or an orange or a pear to work and also have one of those fruit bars.

Sometimes I even eat the fruit...

When I'm hungry, the cafeteria opens at 7 am - sausage gravy over biscuits!

A can of ravioli or chili is kinda handy to have around too.
