If you like PB&J try putting it between two whole grain Eggo waffles. Yummy!
Also, sandwiches are easy to make and good for you. Turkey or chicken breast, lettuce, tomato and maybe a slice or two of pre-cooked bacon on whole wheat bread.
Bagles (from home) with cheese and lean turkey or chicken with a light spread of veggie cream cheese is really good.
I like to eat non-traditional things for breakfast....like leftover pizza or leftovers from the previous night's supper. I only like breakfast foods if I'm going out to eat.
You can buy the same kind of hash browns you get at a fast food place at the grocery store and fix them at home. A couple of sessions in the toaster and they're done.
