I'm thrilled to hear that the yucky old pain is gone.
We're all high fat here so can't help much in that regard.
I did read the other day though, how shrimp is high in selenium and protein but one of the lowest meats when it comes to fat. You might want to read that article first, just in case my memory is not serving me well.
