That pain sounded awful.

I don't see how anyone can live fat free. That is just not healthy. What you do need to consider is smaller more frequent meals. Keeping bad fats out of the picture (like french fries and saturated), while keeping the good (omega-3s).

A small duct will still be a potential problem. And keeping bile flowing well is
important. I gave you that website..post #25 above.

Many people continue with problems AFTER the gall bladder is removed.
So some care and attention to food is necessary, after the initial healing
phase. But it looks like the worst is over! Congrats to both of you!
