I can't believe how well it works. It is so relaxing. My appetite is incredibly diminished. I can hardly believe it. In the last two days I have eaten less than I sometimes have eaten in one meal. And I am satisfied. I am not hungry. So far it isn't helping with the pain, but if I lose some of the weight the theory is that I will be better able to deal with pain.
