Still getting sleep, still have dreams (kinda stressful though, vampires this time!)

I got something new. Back when it was bad and I couldn't sleep, I thought I felt popping. I thought it was just in my head (hah!)

But this morning I woke up and I heard it, the popping, coming out of my nose. I can't find any explanation for this on the internet. Kinda worried right now.
