Hello, Lurdes.

I would like to ask you to read his PMs and other posts.

Most of us have posted things over and over to Filipe and he doesn't listen. Most of us don't want to go over the same ground again.

But I will say, depression can cause pain in the body or make it worse.

I really think Filipe would benefit from yoga training, or meditation, or hypnosis (and learn how to relax himself with auto hypnosis and relaxation exercises).

The use of diazepam is really a bad choice over time as it creates more problems and is very habit forming and changes nerves with time. (lowering thresholds). For acute spells it can be helpful, but every day use leads to dependence and more problems when it wears off.
